Linda Whitworth
Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer

Linda is a skilled practitioner with over 40 years experience working in hospital and outpatient settings, and has extensive training in orthopedic and manual therapy techniques including those utilized in the treatment of spinal diagnoses such as osteoporosis and disc disease.

While training and experience are critical to outstanding care, a truly effective clinician must carefully observe and listen to each client, for that information will provide the basic and most critical data on what is wrong and what it will take to restore balance and strength, decrease pain and maximize function.

Linda’s observational skills and keen intuition have made her successful with clients with all sorts of needs, from basic daily activities to high level sport and work activities. Her ability to listen and meet each client at his or her present level and then guide them to desired goals make her sessions productive. Her lively curiosity and ability to connect with clients on a personal level make her sessions enjoyable. And her focus on one-on-one care makes her treatment efficient.

She has made this her life’s work and is grateful to have helped so many improve in ways that are meaningful to them.
