Tissue restriction hampers muscle contraction and can interfere with the prime mover (main muscle) controlling motion. This can hamper motion of any kind, causing restriction, pain and loss of function and independence. Linda is skilled in soft tissue and joint manipulation, allowing her to physically free up structures so that you can begin to re-learn use of and properly train the affected areas. These hands-on techniques, in concert with exercise and your follow-up with a home program can normalize your movement pattern and help you progress with performance of daily activities or fitness training.
